We know it can be tough to get distributed teams in one place, not to mention expensive. That’s why Lead Out Loud workshops are designed to be remote-first.
We also know it can be tough to get funding for something like leadership development, so we’ve priced our Leadership Essentials workshop to be affordable—whether your company is picking up the tab or you are investing in yourself.
Still Not Sure?
No problem. We always offer a money back guarantee, even when we don’t charge that much money! If you don’t believe our workshop delivers value, just let us know and we’ll give you a full refund.
Our Guarantees
In addition to a money-back guarantee, you can also count on these things in an LOL workshop.
Frequently Asked Questions

There are many venues and improv programs that play off the phrase “laugh out loud.” Lead Out Loud is both a play on words (Lead) and an homage to improv comedy (Out Loud).
-
No. Our framework is modular and designed to be delivered in a hybrid format with the first lesson of each module in-person. However, for this promotional offering, all lessons are remote. We find this to be a great alternative for distributed teams or those with very limited budgets.

Each cohort of an LOL workshop has 5-6 people in it. For larger teams, we can conduct each module with multiple cohorts. However, for this promotional workshop we are only offering the reduced rate for a single cohort (six people). However, if you want to bring an LOL workshop to your team, we will offer special pricing for those who participate in this promotional workshop.

The idea of failing fast is to find what doesn’t work as quickly as possible so you can invest in what does work.
Software developers use a project management methodology called Agile to break down work into small chunks called “sprints.” Each sprint is usually very short—a week or two—and intended to bring a new feature to life based on customer needs. By breaking down work into these sprints, if something isn’t right—doesn’t work, not what the customer wanted, etc.—the only time lost is however long the sprint was. Rather than scrapping an entire project worth of work, the team can pivot and fix what failed with minimal losses.
Can’t Make The Dates?
We understand. Life is happening, people are busy. If you’re interested in this promotional offer but can’t make the dates and times we’ve chosen, fill out the form below. If we get enough interest for alternate dates, we may just open up another session. Or maybe we’ll move the session we’ve already got. The workshop is flexible, and so are we. We’re also suckers for getting to share our leadership experience with others—and did we mention we love comedy? So go ahead, fill out the form. Let’s see what we can do.
